Eye strain from screens is estimated to affect 65% of adults, something which has only been made worse by our increasing screen times during the pandemic. 
To prevent eyestrain, it is recommended to rest the eyes for 15 minutes after two hours of continuous computer use. 'Take 15' is a set of cards with 15-minute activities that you can do during this break to encourage screen users to take them.
